The Main Lodge
Built in 2016, Trophy Rack Lodge is located on the border of zones 308 and 309 in northern Centre County. Relax in the great room by the fireplace and meals will be served in the beautiful dining area. Every room has scenic views out the windows. Take in the panoramic view off of the back porch of the mountains and see elk, deer and turkeys in our food plots. A private and beautiful property, it is the perfect place to begin and end your day of hunting!
Much preparation is given to keeping you comfortable , from great meals, cleaning the lodges, to having the best and friendly staff to keep everything running smoothly. We want you to feel at home during your stay and make new friends that will last well beyond elk season.

At Trophy Rack Lodge, we are passionate about providing out elk hunters with the best experience possible. Your lodging at Elk River Lodge has all the conveniences of home. Elk Rivere Lodge is located in zone 309, only 2 miles from the main lodge. A full modern kitchen, big screen TV with DirecTV satellite, use of washer and dryer, three bedrooms and two full baths. All of which will provide you the best place to relax and rejuvenate you and your friends for the next day’s hunt!
Quehanna River Cabin
Our Newest Lodge
Our newest addition to our lodging is the Quehanna River Cabin overlooking the Susquehanna River in Karthaus, in zone 308, only 10 minutes from the main lodge. We bought the lodge in the May of 2022 and completely renovated the interior. It sleeps 5 adults, with a full kitchen, private bedroom, a loft sleeping area and full bath. There is an outdoor gas grill,, picnic table and fire ring for evening cook outs under the stars. It offers a beautiful view of the river where you can swim, kayak and fish. You can put in your kayak or canoe a short distance away or use the Karthaus Canoe launch that is 3 miles down the river along St Rt 879. It is nestled in the middle of prime elk viewing land, state game lands for hunting and native trout streams. This cute and cozy cabin is perfect for a family getaway in the beautiful PA Wilds!
