3 brothers, 3 tags! This year it was Sam Balek’s turn in Zone 12. The Baleks have drawn all cow tags, time for a bull tag for the brothers from Corry PA!
16 year old Logan Kay followed in his grandfather’s steps and drew an elk tag. His was a Zone 11 bull tag, and boy he made grandpa proud with this bull!

And there was another dandy in zone 11 , an 8x8 scoring 402 harvested by Dave Peck of Cherokee IA.

Bill Kilby‘s patience paid off when he succeeded in his archery cow hunt in Zone 3.

Another first for PA is the addition of the Late Antlerless Season held in January of 2020. A new set of challenges were before us with the possibility of the harsh and unpredicable PA winter weather and difficult access to hunting areas, but it was fortunate that the weather was mild and most of 29 tags

A new set of challenges were before us with the possibility of the harsh and unpredicable PA winter weather and difficult access to hunting areas, but it was fortunate that the weather was mild and most of 29 tags were given out were filled. Three lucky guys who drew tags in zones 10, 12 and 14 hunted with Trophy Rack Lodge and harvested their cow elk.
